How to you start a hand mime ministry?

I'd like to know how you set everything up, specially the lighting. What kind of gloves are used. Are special gloves needed? Thanks for your help.

the faces of hand mimes are hooded and covered as well.  as you stated anything white will glow in black light.  it's not as hard as it looks.  the key is not to see faces or see who the hands belong too.  i have seen black hood warn backward with two small eye holes cut out.
