How to you take a picture like this??

Well I don't know if you can make people look good, hehe.

I think you mean, taking a picture and making it clear and there are no blurry subjects.  If that is the case then it's easy,

this is done by a fast shutter speed setting, this will freeze motion subjects as if they were standing still.  Don't forget the lighting factor when you do this.  Since we live in the digital age you can take as many without cost until you get the picture you want.  The only thing you have to have is a digital camera that will let you do manual settings.

i guess the same way you get everybody to say cheese! at the same time when you take a picture only you say jump!....as for making the people look good...do you mean resolution or attractiveness.....you would know better than i would....i have seen your pics and they are very nice.....btw...something tells me you look like your dad

That picture was shot with a Canon SD600 so there was no creative controls at work here, just pointing and shooting.

The reason why the picture came out sharp with minimal motion blur is because of the abundance of light.

As for getting everyone to jump at the same time... luck. :)

Do it preferably outdoors like in this photo...that way there's enough light. Make sure they don't have their backs to the sun or it will come out a silhouette.

If you want them to jump at the same time, just count to three and have them jump. Maybe practice a few times.
