I would love more back flexibility/strength. i take dance, and i would love to get my splits down and do this!

  1. Take ballet class.  Sorry but that's all I can say this girl is a ballerina.  (But her hips are moving a bit too much in her battemants...)

    Just practice EVERY day.  You'll have it soon!

  2. it takes a lot of devotion and work. there are many wall stretches that you can do to get your splits. the first one you can do is stand facing a wall and then bring one leg up against the wall. stand there for a while and push. another one, for your russian splits or whatever they are called, is the flat frog. get down on the floor on your knees. spread your knees out as far as you can and lean forward with your elbows on the ground. this one helps a lot because you can feel it stretch the inner part of your thigh. i hope this helped. good luck =]
