its obv the eyelashes are edited n stuf so i was wonderin how i can do this?

if its photoshop what one?

because iv downloaded the PH one [blue one] and its run out and it wont let me do the trial thing agen :S so i dont no wa 2 doo

b&w can be photo setting or desaturate in editor, then adjust contrast brightness hue, gaussian blur, use layer for colored items over or under b&w,

ah i uploaded eyelash brushes on my site..

(which is under construction)

il get the link now..

ok here are eyelash brushes from my site for ps

but if you have ps,  download http://www.jzip.com free which will open the eyelash download.

then copy the  zipped files which appear in jzip window, into a file, then copy the .ABR file from the file into you photoshop presets folder..

in program files>adobe>presets>brushes.

then open ps, and the eyelashes will be in your brush section

and yes.

photoshop..but you can do it on any decent program.(this brush download will only work on ps though)

the whole photo is black and white which you can do in any program..

and brightened.

and the eyes can be done quickly using  a round soft brush (blue) go around the eyes and change the layer to 'soft layer' .

and.. no, good eyelash brushes arent gimp compatible.

i used a program called gimp..

its basically similar to adobe photoshop and its free.

its bit complicated, but dnt worry ull get use to it soon u try them :]
