How too loose 25 pounds a month?

im 5'7 and im 189 pounds,, i want to loose 50 pounds.. please help me guys..

  2. Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.

    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.

    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.

    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

  3. Greetings it is an accepted fact that diets are 95% certain to fail. I suggest that you visit http://www.loseload.com its an awesome site with lots of advice and it's all free. I lost 10 pounds in six weeks by taking their advice  

  4. I just spoke to a dietitian and she said to lose weight, you should only lose 1-2 pounds a week otherwise, people who lose more than that tend to gain it back.  She told me that if I lose more than 2 pounds in a week to eat a little more.

    I am just over 5'8" and I was weighing 196 pounds and now I weigh 168 this morning.  She said I should be around 150 and ideal is 140.  I have been losing it slowly before I met with her.  I just do not eat as much as I use to.  I still eat, but not just all of it.

    I do not drink cokes as that makes me gain weight.  I try to eat more things with fiber.  I am suppose to exercise.  She said I will lose more if I exercise.  She wants me to work with a cardio workout up to 5 times a week.  I have to start off with slower goals, like 3 times a week for 15 to 30 minutes.  I have an elliptical trainer and she recommends me getting my heartrate up by walk/running too.

    I have to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day.  It can be just veggies as I am allergic to most fruits.

    She said if I eat out to drink a full glass of water before I go so that I do not eat as much.  

    That is how I am slowly losing weight before I just met with her last week.
