hahahaha thats funny but no u cant theyre protected by law i think theyre texas state bird too so you cant even catch them

Yes it is illegal - in every state of the US, and in Canada.  Mockingbirds and all other native wild birds in North America are protected by federal law under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.   If they live here, or migrate across our country, they are protected.

Please don't hurt the birdies.
