Ok, I'm a guy, and I really won't take this personally: Are we really stupider than women?

Take this msn article on "The Male Brain, 'Explain'". I, for one, would consider it pure garbage, and cast it aside as another misinformed page on the internet-- but I won't. I'm out to objectively find out whether the myths of men 'not getting hints', or that men are genetically predisposed into not remembering important events, are true or not. The article claims that the hippocampus in males (where initial memories are formed), is in fact smaller in men than in women. Men are also 'generally' not as adept in verbal communication as women. Male brains product 52% more seurotin than women, hence the reason why men take life's hits/stresses better than women (and why men may seem cold).
I'm very sensitive to people's feelings, to the point where I'd even over-examine them and even manage to pick up many body cues that may reflect how they feel about certain subjects. Though I'm not a big talker, I have no problems conversing. And I'm not nearly always 'up-beat' 24/7.
