How true are nature documentaries?! Do they stage anything!?

I am looking for a nature website that is live or or is more ethically true! I love nature and i feel that everthing these days has been so staged, does anyone agree with me?! I've looked at this website called earth touch (www.earth-touch.com), they seem pretty cool, anyone know any other sites...?

Nature documentaries are hard to film because it is hard to predict the actions of an animal, especially en masse.

Producers often coerce or stage the documentary to get the desired footage.

Disney are famous for it. :)

I wouldnt say they stage everything. camera quality is good these days and they can make awesome videos. except if its hard to film it, then they might stage it. it takes years to make one hour long documentary about few animals growing up.
