Any kind of gambling is a scam in that it is weighted in the favour of the company/person/website who runs it. If it sounds too good to be true, it IS too good to be true. These people ask you to pay to hope, a very human feeling, and rip you off. Don't give them any money or details. Save any money you would spend this way and you will always be a winner.
