How true is the 13 families control all the central banks story?

Question

I keep hearing this story that all the central banks are controlled by thirteen families. Usually stated as being the: Astors, Bundys, Collins, DuPonts, Freemans, Kennedys, Lis, Onassis, Reynolds, Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Russells, and Van Duyns. Although they occasionly throw the Disneys in there etc.

Basically I have seen this posted up in a few places and want to know if there is any facts behind it, I havn't seen any evidence posted. So i would like to know if there is any truth to these claims and if so where is the evidence. Please dont refer me to some book on the subject, a book is not evidence.
