I am from Nepal. I hold a Nepalese Passport and am in India for 5.5 years. I am here for five years as student and have recently joined a job.

My girlfriend is from Kazakhstan. She holds Kazakh Passport. We want to marry in December in New Delhi or any other major city like Banglore, Hyderabad, Chennai etc.

I am worried about our residential permit. I do not know if we can do this? Do Indian Authorities register this marriage under Special Marriage Act? and how residential permit and vissa can be extended?

We want to be permanent residents of india and want to domicile in India in rest of our life.

Please Help me.

  1. When the boy and girl are agreeable the parents and priest cannot do any thing as per an old saying, the remainder you have to talk with the immigration authorities in New Delhi and or better get the services of an attorney/lawyer expert in the field of immigration etc.
