you need video compression/backup software like:

DVD Shrink 3.2

which you can d/l free. then you have to backup ur video file as an ISO image. then use a DVD burning software (like Nero) and the DVD writer on ur computer (if you have one) to burn that ISO image on to a disc (DVD-R)

First you need a two DVD players in you computer with one having recording capability and a DVD that doesn't have a copyright block on it, unless you have copyright block removal software.

Plz be more specific...do you actually have a dvd disk that has a movie in it for example and you want to duplicate it?Or you may have a div-x file you downloaded,or you have any file type and just want to burn it to a dvd?
