How u prononuce "canards" in aircraft?

It's actually the French word for duck.  In English we say it the same way CAN'-nard.

We Brits say "Can-nards". Since we invented the language you should say it this way. :P Joking but seriously, it's can-nards.

I was told to pronounce it as it is spelled "CAN" + "ARDS" or if you perfer it sounds like the word for duck in French
