now im a die hard Rams fan and i follow the Rams all the time i know everything about them, and i really think they can go far this season, last season was a fluke because of all the injuries. but this season i think the Rams will be a huge threat, Steven Jackson will be back any day now from his holdout, Marc Bulger is ready to prove he can lead a team far and hes real good, Orlando Pace is back (best tackle in the NFL) Torry Holt always puts up huge numbers, Will Witherspoon is one of the best linebackers in the league he had 132 tackles and 7 sacks last year, OJ Atogwe led the NFC in interceptions, we got Leonard Little at defensive end back and healthy and on the other side we got Chris Long, and theres many more reasons why they can go far this season. Except for the people who dont like the Rams and dont wanna say anything good about the Rams for only the reason because they're favorite team is some other team, those people dont answer, i want the REAL nfl experts to answer how far they can go

  1. Ok i am a little prejudiced because i am a hawks fan, but as you said, they are a good team. But, i think that they are too injury prone to get anywhere, and you kind of overexaggerated about they amount of skill they have. They are a good team, but i dont think that they will get very far this year. On a scale of 1-10, they are overrated about a 5.

Prediction:9-7, lose in the wildcard round.(cause the hawks are gonna win the division.)

  2. I don't think they are  underrated at all.

    Sorry.

    Good luck, Rams fan.

  3. I'm sorry, but Rams are done.

Offensively, Marc Bulger isn't same. Steven Jackson is good, but his performance will be questionable if majority of their starting O-Line (Orlando Pace, too) gets injured again. Torry Holt getting old, they don't have solid 2nd receiver (after Issac Bruce left).

Defensively, one word: AGING, little depth (few good player, like MLB Witherspoon (so underrated) and DE Leonard Little, supports the team). They, however, have pretty good and talented young players like Tye Hill and Chris Long.

They might compete for playoff maybe in 3-4 seasons. But for now, Rams Renaissance (in terms of win) is over.

  4. the Rams are not underrated..they are OVERrated

  5. You have about what you had last season and look at your record last year. There's you answer. A team that had a horrible record will not be underrated until you can prove why you're underrated.

  6. Very underrated. People forget they had like a hundred injuries last year (exaggerated, but you get the idea).

With a solid offensive line, Marc Bulger, Steven Jackson, and Torry Holt make for a very dangerous offensive trio. I'm not sure about their defense, but the Rams should be WAY better than last year.

I'll only root against them once-Oct.19 against Dallas. Every other game, good luck to you guys.

  7. well, i think they won 3 games last year, so they shouldn't be rated too high bud

  8. THE RAMS SUCK............... they're not good enough to be rated yet.....................

  9. The Rams will be decent.  I disagree that Pace is the best tackle in the NFL.  He was at one time but he hasn't been healthy for at least 2 years and that's a good sign that his body has started to breakdown on him.  He's going to be 33 this year, so he's clearly on the down side of his career.  Stephen Jackson's a beast, but that offensive line is very weak.  Adding Long will help, but he's just a rookie so how much he'll help this year.  It was tough to judge how good they were last year because of injuries, but the couple of times I saw them they looked awful.  I'm thinking if they stay healthy they'll be better, but who knows how much.  As for being a "threat",  I don't know what you think they're a real threat to do.  Win the division?  Maybe.  The AFC West will be awful.  Win a post season game or make a real run for the Superbowl?  I'd be shocked.

  10. I do believe that the rams have a decent team and with the NFC is so unpredictable no one is a real solid sure thing. Now you will have people say that dallas is solid and how about Minnesota, or even New York? Well that'ss what I mean Romo dosent know how to win a playoff game, Minnesota is realinexperiencedd, and New York lost alot. So h**l Yeah Rams have a chance. Good luck

  11. they're not.

it's the GIANTS, who are underrated.

for three seasons, the "pros", have picked DALLAS, to win the super bowl and, for three seasons, the "pros" have been wrong. I expect this trend to continue.

I guess they figure that if they pick them for enough seasons, sooner or, later, they will be right.
