How ungrateful are these people? Taking advantage of people's charity this way....?

They should be ashamed of themselves, when others worked so hard on their behalf and people like this abuse other's generosity and I hope they enjoy living on the streets.

I would be gutted if I had invested time and effort into helping others and they ended up trying to trade it in,  and the amount got in the loan seems like a huge amount for a Business that ultimately failed.

Were they callous or greedy, or just plain stupid?  Who knows.  I never looked at this show as "charity" exactly, though clearly people do donate materials and their time to help.

They were greedy and stupid. I don't think this could happen with a Habit for Humanity home. That's a good thing. It's an insult to other families that really could have benefitted from this and who would not have squandered their good fortune.

I feel for them.

I cannot understand there was house fund and 100,000 given to them.Yes what did they take out the 450,000 loan for?

I havent seen pictures of the family.I dont remember which one it was.
