  1. it won't let you sleep right.

  2. my friends dad died because he drank a lot of java monster, which is like drinking coffee all day.. he had a heart attack

  3. coffee has caffeine...so it is not good to drink often that contains caffeine...

  4. It ruins your teeth >.<

  5. drinking coffee all day actually makes our hearts beat faster.... you may not notice it easily but you can feel nervous, a lot.... so it is not advisable to drink it all day. It has an ingredient called caffeine that destroys some of our body system.... control yourself... drink a lot of waters instead...

  6. Yes it would be detrimental. Caffeine is a good stimulant. It is also needed to help transport sugars and other things around our system. But like everything too much is not good.

Once we reach 300 mg per day then we start to have some health problems related to it. Most of the health effects take a while to build up but can cause problems with the heart, kidneys, brain, skin, and other organs.

The immediate effects of too much caffeine are normally sleeping problems, headaches, and dehydration. It takes more water to process caffeine than a caffeinated drink provides. This means it actually dehydrates us.

Being dehydrated causes us to feel tired and lethargic. So people who drink too much caffeine feel tired and think they need a boost so they drink more. The best thing to do is drink at least as much water with the coffee. Water will offset the loss of water from the caffeine. Plus proper hydration will increase our energy levels and motabolism by 3%.

  7. Try taking 30-60 years off your life.

  8. Coffee in moderate dosages does not affect the health. But it has the tendency to induce the drinker to become an addict. The direct effect of this is that the intake of other food articles get diminished over a period of time. Coffee  inhibits hunger and if not drunk after becoming an addict, makes the person irritable and nervous.

It is better to control the habit in the beginning rather than to avoid at a later stage.

  9. yes

  10. Caffeine in moderation is fine but the levels the person you know is drinking it could be really bad for them. This sounds like my old IT Teacher he even had a coffee machine in his room, when he went on holiday they didn't have any coffee and he got ill with really bad withdrawal symptoms. He is addicted!

  11. I believe it is. one cup of coffe can stay in your system for up to 12 hours...and he's drinking it ALL DAY???? I used to drink about 3-4 16oz cups of coffee a day, then I went to the doctor and they told me I have an irregular heart beat... now I can't have caffeine AT ALL or it could lead to a heart murmer or worse...but thats just my situation...

  12. coofee is very caffienated--it is bad for the body especially your heart..if you want to drink coffee try decaf--which has no caffeine--still not that great but will help you if you need the taste..
