  1. try harrahs/marketing people...they might pay you top dollar and give it away as a slot machine tournament prize!

  2. Try Moody yachts, very good sailing !

Another good brand is Dufor / Gibsea

Dufor has all the class of a Halberg Rassy but the performance of a Jeanneau sunfast 35.

  3. A decent product sailboat in the 35' range,  new,  with the bare complement of equipment to use will run you from $160,000 to about $250,000,  depending on brand and quality.   Remember, that the higher end boats usually are quoted without sails, winches and electronics.  The best deal for intermediate sized new boats is in my mind the Hunters.  You get great boats,  well-equiped, ready to go at very competitive pricing.   You'll find a 34' hunter new near the $160K price, especially in today's market.

If you're buying your first boat,  take the advice of a sailor of 40 years experience,  learn on something under 25 feet,  which will enable you to have more fun for less money and still take the family out for an afternoon.

  4. the valuable of a 35' sailboat is worth alot of base price

  5. For a new Beneteau you would probably  be talking about $200,000 I would think.

  6. Dillon,

    go to WWW. yachtworld.com

A very big database of boats for sale, new and used.

plug in 35' sailboat (in your area).

A used catalina 34 or 36, costs about $1000 per foot or about $35000+/-

    good hunting.
