Invaluable.  Such a thing would solve all of our energy problems, and of course break many laws of physics at the same time.

Depends on what you mean.

Solar arrays are non-consuming. As are hydroelectric facilities. As are wind turbines. They all have value, as you can find by pricing them on the internet. You can get a solar array for a few hundred dollars. A hydroelectric facility can cost billions.

If it's one of those rotating magnetic things that don't work, no value at all.

On the other hand, I guess you are asking how valuable God is.  In that case, there's no way of describing Him :-)
