How want but on weight faster!?

I am 16 now, and I am really desprete to but on weight! I want a flabby belly! I am to slow to eat stuff! How can I but on weight faster! Epsept Mc Donoles (cant spell), Burger King and KFC.

  1. Just take it easy.  I was once a skeleton, and I'm sure filling out sounds great, but for some people it's not possible.  I did a horrible thing by eating gigantic bowls of ice cream once or twice a week.  It didn't even work; it only made me unhealthy.

    There are healthy ways to go about it.  Try eating a half a cup of cashews or something everyday.  I read about that in Seventeen.


  2. Why would you want a flabby belly?  That is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard.  

    If you want to gain weight you should do it healthy.  Eat more healthy fats (like olive oil,  nuts, avocado).  Start working out more.

    p.s. There is nothing wrong with being thin, if you are healthy that how you are are built naturally.  I suggest to begin accepting your body,  just eat healthy and get enough exercise.
