How was avatar aang born? ?

like was a woman pregnant or did he just poof out of air lol i know he was reincarnated. im curious though. and where are his parents!?

yeah, he was born like any other regular baby.  during his birth he became the reincarnation of the avatar.  And his parents are dead like all the other air nomads... he never knew his parents because all air bending children are raised by monks in the 4 air temples.   You can watch episode 6 of season 3 "The avatar and the firelord" for more info.
