How was everyones preseason??

Question

just wondering how everyones preseason went... you can answer simply, vent, go into detail, complain of all the conditioning, or just ignore this. Just wondering how everyone else is holding up =)

I was on a off season training! It was hard lol. I think in the long run it really helped though!
