  1. healthy and tasty :)

  2. Sounds perfectly balanced, you cant cut out all the foods you like, but that is a good diet, real healthy plus your keeping up with your protein and vegetables

  3. It depends on your dietary requirements.  Are you sporty?  How big were the portions?  It looks like you probably had too much meat - lots of protein is hard on the kidneys and can interrupt calcium absorption, not to mention the amount of cholesterol in the meat and eggs.  Also, chinese food is usually very high in sodium so that with the popcorn might put you over the RDA.  Personally, I don't think you need as much meat as you're eating but that's a complicated issue.  It's good that you're thinking about it and if you're concerned about your health be sure to remember that diet should be combined with exercise to stay fit!

  4. Since we don't know your gender, how much you weigh now, your age or your activity level, it is impossible to know if this is enough. If you are female and your weight is 100 pounds you need at least 1200 calories a day just to maintain your weight if you do no exercise at all.  These links will help you figure it out.

  5. Yes that sounds pretty healthy, maybe just sub out the 100 cal popcorn for something that will fill you up longer and is a little healthier (even though its only 100 calories, it still is lacking some nutrients you could get other places) Your on the right track though!

  6. sounds really good. better than i have been doing..lol

    good luck!
