I'm not trying to make this particularly healthy or super healthy, I'm just trying to cut down first, then focus on the health aspect.Breakfast:Half a bowl of weetabix and a cup of teaLunch:Pasta with chicken, carrot and asparagusDinner:1L of fruit smoothie containing:8.5 pressed apples2 mashed bananas56 crushed raspberries2 freshly squeezed oranges212 squashed cranberries(I just copied that from the carton.)Snack:Hot chocolate and small slice of cake.How was it?
