My husband was out of a job for a while and of coarse we felt like there was no other choice but to use our credit cards. Now we are stuck in a big hole and can't get out. The finance charges are ridiculous and I feel like it's nothing but a scam. I'll pay it down below the limit, and then it jump up and the charge plus another charge of being over, which was not my doings. I need help, I'm afraid we are headed towards Bankruptcy. I looked this up, and this company seems like this is what I need to help. Has anyone had or heard good things about Care-One Debt Relief?

  2. I have not heard about care one, but this is what I do know. The best option for debt trouble is negotiating your debts with your credit companies to keep the payments from swallowing all of your income. Typically, you have to get a counseling agency to call on your behalf. If you try to work with them yourself, many of them will not cooperate with you because you are not enrolled in credit counseling. Try http://www.womenindebt.info. Good luck!
