How was your first day of high school? ?

Confusing, intimidating, and very hectic. I am a Junior now and know my school like the back of my hand but my first day I didn't know a l**k about it so I spent the day following friends I had classes with to find the classrooms. When you need help, always remember the teachers are there to help you get where you need to go.

I'm going to a be a senior in high school this year, but here's what I remember. I was totally confused because I didn't know where to go for gym. Big gym? Little gym? Ahh!!! =) I was intimidated because we started learning math on the very first day. My school was huge and confusing. The older students were huge and scary too.

I walked around campus before school started so that helped. It also surprised me when some of my peers seemed totally settled in and comfortable on the first day.

freshmen are nervous.

sophomores are excited to not be freshmen anymore.

juniors are excited to be upperclassmen and are starting to become jaded.

seniors are just tired of school and are busy getting ready for college. they couldn't care less about the freshmen!
