How was your high school experience?

I am going into Gr. 9 next year and everyone keeps telling me they didn't enjoy high school which I was surprised at. So I just wanted to hear what other people have to say. Also

school supplies for gr. 9?

My high school experience was decent. I was a special education student who was considered a geek and nerd in social studies. I maintained a good G.P.A and made good grades. I was often bullied in school. Here's a list of school supplies for 9th grade: pencils, pens, notebook paper or loose leaf paper, binders, folders, dividers, and a pencil pouch to put your pencils and pens in. Good Luck!

High School is fun as long as you keep going to your class and doing what you need to do especially in 9th grade go to all your classes do not ditch school for anything dont mess up your 9th grade year cause your going to regret it Just stay focus and be yourself aways.Um the fun thing about high school is that you have footballs games, basketball games, High School Rally's, Homecoming Dance, School Dances and Things Like That.

But idk. what you will need for your classes because all schools systems are different and your teachers will either give you a list or write it down on a whiteboard what you will need for their class But GOOD LUCK ON YOUR FIRST YEAR OF HIGHSCHOOL HAVE FUN!!!

High School was fun.  I went to 2 different ones because we moved, but I had a great time.  College was better.

im going into 9th grade as well

iv gotton the same feedback and everything.

but if you have friends it will be just fine

all thats diff from middle school to the high school

is the homework

alot harder and much more of it.

but other than that

i think it will be fine

on the other hand

if you have no friends

your year will suck ***.

in september i will be a junior. i was a freshman two years ago. high school should be 4 of the best years of your life. usually when people tell you its hard or anything like that they are just trying to scare you, its really not that bad. just  have fun. it goes by very fast, enjoy yourself. i hope this helps and good luck with high school.

Going into 9th grade is scary because your the little fish in the big ocean!! But get involved in school activities like cheer leading(girl), football(boy), or just attending school activities! it will help you make a lot of new friends and be able to enjoy your high school years!! Just remember everyone was a freshmen at one point and remembers the fear of a new school and new people!! I would consider getting a map of your new school and mapping out your classes so you know where to go so you dont get lost!!!

ME TOO, I start high school in other country which is the best. But when i move to other country i couldn't really get over it because they have lots of group like the "EMO", "NERD" and etc...

Now i'm use to it and i really do like it.

Nobody likes their first highschool experience because they're expecting it to be like in the movies. Don't expect it to be anything and you'll like it more. just take a notebook and pencil the first day of school and the teachers will tell you what you need to get.
