How was your relationship with your co-workers in your first full-time job?

Do you and your co-workers get along very well, do you dislike each other, or do you just ignore each other? And how did you get into the current relationship you are in with your co-workers?

I let them act like they knew everything and I was helpless and so grateful for their help. People love that.

As I had other jobs, I still do that for awhile, and then I start offering my helpful ideas until they start asking ME for help :)
