Please I want to know more information about How we can be a company for certifying for cabon credits in India, and trading?

An unregulated industry?  When there is so much money to be had in regulation?

"FINRA" regulates the Chicago Climate Exchange, though they do not appear to be exclusively concerned with carbon credits.

It's an unregulated industry.  Anyone can plant a few trees (or do anything that they claim will reduce atmospheric CO2) and sell carbon credits.  

Who's going to buy them in India?  You don't have a Kyoto quota.
