How we can earning from sale-purchase of property business?

in property dealing, on commission basis work, i could not get profit . even expenses of watching the location to customers and afterwards no guarantee of purchasing of property.

so i think, if i have money to spend on property, then how can earn profit from sale-purchase of property business and what startegy must be planned for it.

Think big, Buy a place renovate it then sell it, There are huge profits in that, Or go commercial the amounts spend on commercial property is also large.
