well go to control panel>user accounts>and select the administrator>and put a password..

or if you wanna put a password at the start of your windows.. then restart your pc and keep pressing del or delete on your keyboard it will open windows setup there you can find the password field and put a password and this is stronger than the first one cause it asks you for the password at the begening of windows loading

simplest i guess is Ctrl+Alt+delete.... there u will have an option for CHANGE PASSWORD... :)
