  1. Get a job where you deal with the public and socialize more (yes getting out more can be helpful).

A class, while helpful for an easy A and making your transcripts look nice, will not help you improve body language and communication skills as much as getting to know people through experience

  2. observation and go on speaking .its the real and proved answer.first observe your self in the mirror to know you. it will lead you to improve your body language . set an ideal and by comparing you can change ,if you don't like this  set your own .communication - go on speaking with people don't think how you are speaking in first . Automatically you begin to analyse your self ,try to improve in the way you want. that's it .

  3. First and foremost-Pay attention-

all too often I see answers that don't relate to the Question on this site.

    For example-

Someone asks 'What are different shapes of red?'

and someone answers: turquoise, mustard yellow, lime-

or they talk about things in the wrong category-such as non educatioin related in teh special education category-just because Yahoo suggests this category-and the perosn does not read what the suggestion is--and fails to reassign teh question to anotehr category-

which brings me to #2-don't be lazy-don't just accept what you are given (special ed category if your question is not special ed) make the effort to find gteh correct venue

  4. Although it is better to take a basic communication course at a college, you can still practice at home.  Try spending a few minutes each day making a speech in front of a mirror.  In that way you will see what you look like.  You can practice hand gestures.  Take an opposite opinion of what you really believe in, and try to make points, and become convincing.  If you have a video camera, set it up and speak as though there were people listening to you.  Review the tape, both with and without the audio.  This will give you insight into how you would be perceived.

  5. watch movies and read...thats all you need...aloud if you want to improve your accent...and then enter a blogging site and put some comments there...

e.g. boxofficemojo.com if you are interested in movies...
