I like that movies subtitles idea.

Others include reading aloud to one another, short things that interest you (like album reviews, advice columnists, sport news, humor books, etc.); writing children's books (just the text); joining online chats and forums; seeking out native English speakers and chatting with them in real life. (We're everywhere.)

just by looking at your post/question, I would say that YOU needed all the teaching you can get and if learning our language is boring and you don't want to do it, go back to where you came from.

Another great way to learn a 2nd or 3rd language is to listen to tapes. I would suggest going to your local library and check out foreign language tapes/CD's. Just listen for awhile don't try to say the words until the 4th-5th time through.

Another way is to check out books in English that you know in your language...like Cat in the Hat.  By looking at what you already know - it helps you learn what you want to know.

I lived on a Navy base in Japan when I was a kid, and my mom had "students" where they would go out to eat, once they made cookies...just various things.  It wasn't a "class"--it was more of a way to learn conversational English with a native speaker...there was quite a demand for it.  

I think that would be a fun way to learn English.  Also, on Yahoo Answers, or going to sites about things that interest you (only in English)...there is a website that will translate from English to your native language (www.babelfish.com).  Good luck, the best way of learning is through immersion.
