How we can make a cement composite for wall decorating?

I'm assuming this is outdoors?

Get some Styrofoam sheets, cut your decorations out of it, nail it to the wall. Then, get some mortar mix, mix it a little thin and brush it on the foam with an old paint brush, or if you can find Vermiculite, or pearlite at a garden center, mix about 50/50 with mortar. You could probably go as much as 80/20. (20 being mortar).
