Acctually i going to start my course Accounting.I wanna make my mind fresh and healthy.If u have any idea about diet then plz give me some ideas.

  1. if you want to refresh your mind... it has nothing to do with actual food.

    try meditation or yoga.. something like that


  2. I go with the person that said stay away from the news and such.  Frankly - not only is it depressing - it is also slanted - no matter what the source - to someones point of view.

    Get lots of rest, eat a good diet, taking up meditation/yoga really will help you to clear your mind.  Toss in some moderate exercise to release positive endorphins within your body - you should feel refreshed in no time at all.

  4. Eat a "strict vegetarian" (vegan) diet.  No milk...no eggs. That'll clear your brain right up.

  6. The diet you need for mind fresh and healthy is mental diet. Don't watch TV news ,for 10 days uh, make it 14 days, and don't listen to negative chitchat from others. Delete all the negative thoughts in your mind by forgiving the people who wrong you in the past.Read some books of the Dalai Lama or other self help books, and learn to meditate.Ohh, it is a good feeling to have a clear mind..
