office. Go there with your identification

documents. They will  help you to  get

the election id. card.

go to EC office and apply in proper form.you should go with 1.an oath-letter(Noterized) regarding your residencial status 2.some PP photos

3.residintial proof like bank pass-book,driving licence,ele.bill

u cannot make the Election Id card.... u need to apply for it..

First of all make sure that ur name is in the Assembly Constituency Electoral Roll...  if not contact ur Assistant Electoral Registration Officer's office or Electoral Registration officer's office to issue Form 6, that's it... I don't know how long it takes to issue ur card...
