How well can my computer run gear of war?

if i upgrade my comp to a radeon x3850 512mb agp card with 2gb of ram and a 3 ghz pentium 4 processor, will i be able to run it on full settings at a decent framerate (i consider decent to be 20 frames)? im pretty sure the video card and the ram will get the job done, my only concern is the processor...which im stuck with. can 3 ghz get the job done at amx settings?

20 fps is horrid!!

45-55 is manageable.
