How well do bouncers check ID's at aussie clubs?

I got a fake ID and its got a pic of me on it and its good quality but the card isn't an "Accepted" form of ID ie NOT a Keypass, Driver license, official proof of age card or passport. It just looks like some sort of student card.

You have no hope of entry. They check them well because they know there are lots of fakes going around. Don't even bother trying, especially at this time of the year.

How long is a piece of string?? In Australia you need to be 18 or over to get into a club although sometimes they have under 18's events.. When I first started going out many years ago when I was 17 I had my sisters uni ID with me showed it once and every time we went to that same club after never had to show it again.. Quite often I was never asked for ID when I was 17 but as soon as I turned 18 I always copped ID please.. It used to peeve me but now I take it as I still look young enough to pass for 18 or under - not bad at 29!! Just to also let you know If you are caught with either a fake ID or one that's not yours the bouncers have the right to confiscate and keep the ID without returning it.. Once you're inside the club police often do spot checks on people they suspect are underage as well - we used to see them all the time but they never bothered us even when we were underage... Most would accept a fake driver's licence.

Why do you want to go to clubs?

Sorry hun, but it ain't gonna happen!

I'm a hottie and I can't even get into a club with a photo ID drivers licence that isn't valid (in date).

And I'm OVER 18!!!

I once had my bag stolen, so decided to go into town with an old photo licence the next time...they would NOT accept it simply because it was out of date, regardless of the fact that it was very obviously a legitimate ID.

It depends on the night club and if you look the part and also if your a girl make sure you have a guy hagging off you as they don't usual ask and vise verse but then again when i started to got to night clubs that was 15 years ago so maybe times have change
