  1. If I have a problem, I turn it off  and un-plug it. I tun it back on and set it to a 'previous date' - if that fails then I have to take it to 'my man'. That's usually about £60 (3 times -each time  it was a virus that I couldn't have got rid of myself)

  2. i have been repairing my laptops and desktop for years now for myself, family and friends.so i have no problems taking care of my computer without ever going to a repairs shop

  3. Whats a computiter

  4. My Mac I know very well!

My PC not well at all. (Which I have had for longer!)

  5. I can usually take care of most problems. But I would never start tearing them apart.

  6. never had  to ask anyone else yet to look at or fix my computer and i wouldnt ask unless it needed a new part and still had warrenty left

  10. I know my computer very well and it depends on he problem, anything hardware related I'd just call up dell because it's free for me and I don't see the point in breaking my pc. But if it's software related I can normally fix it myself

  11. Most things I can solve or get round. I have only have had to take it in once [in 14 years of computing] because I had a serious crash which I couldn't solve without the right diagnostic equipment and a test bench.

That cost me a £100 which I don't think is bad for 14 years!
