How well do you think Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman will get along as teammates?

I think its a great match.  I am looking forward to it.  Seems like a good match to me, and I would like to see Flyin' Ryan do more than get a few poles.  They are both "hungry" and will be out to win!

Although it is not official that they will be teammates, I believe that they will be great  teammates. They have actually spent time together fishing and doing things for their respective Foundations. Tony was a part of Ryan's Pit Road Pets book. How many people picture "Smoke" with a chihuahua? I think that their personalities will balance each other out.

I don't think Tony Stewart would hire someone he didn't like an get along with, so I suppose they will be fine. The team however...great drivers with mediocre equipment is a recipe for a great storyline. Even though the stuff is going to built by Hendrick, I'm not so sure it's the caliber equipment these guys need. Johnson, Martin, Jr. and Gordon will get the good stuff, and the others will get passed down to Stewart Haas. Great drivers can only do so much with poor equipment...just ask Darrell Waltrip (1990s) and Robby Gordon (Now).

Well, they are both hot heads.  I think they will be alright.  I like Ryan.  He has always been cool in my eyes.

Great!  It's a smart move for both Tony and Ryan.

Ryan will be back with Matt Borland; those 2 had a lot of success together.  Tony's getting not only a great driver, but a guy with an engineering degree.  That couldn't hurt.

I expect very good things from Stewart Haas Racing - can't wait until next year.  :  )

they are going to hate each other and run into each other and...crash and then tony stewarts gonna punch ryan newman...like those officials except 10x worse...and then ryan newman is going to body slam tony stewart like in that commercial with john cena...then Jared Fogle is going to give Tony Stwewart a Subway sandwhich (5 dollar foot-looong) and smack Ryan Newman with it....THEN..newman is going to shave tonys armpits with the Phenom gillette razor..but it wont work cause tony's got OLD Spice...which blocks everything...

Of course they're gonna get along....or else newman wouldn't have signed up.

I think they'll do fine as teammates. They actually seem to be a good balance. Smoke seems very aggressive and Ryan (who now needs a nickname) seems pretty passive as far as their personalities off track.

As far as the team, I think they will be extremely competitive in Year Two.

I was really hoping to see a 4th car for Joe Gibbs with Newman in it.  However Stewart and Newman will definately make for a strong pairing to start the era of Stewart-Haas racing.  It'll be interesting to watch these two next season.  I don't think they'll have any trouble getting along as teammates.  Hope the deal works out for them.

They both have had their shares of incidents on the track, but they both respect each other as racers. They are both Hoosiers and they are both hard nose racers, I'm sure that they will get along well. Watch out for Stewart Haas Racing in the future...
