How well does Under Armour Heat Gear work??

i am going to be wearing while at football practice, and it is going to be HOT. does it keep you cool?

im not really sure, i have a black heat gear and i wear it in my practices and it kinda works

there's one type to keep you cool when its hot and another type to keep you warm when its cold so check the labels. some of the people on my fire department wear it under their gear when they respond to house fires to keep them cooler so i guess it works pretty good

I have never used under armor brand... but I like to wear nike sphere dry fit stuff to Taekwondo practice.  I wouldn't say it keeps me cooler, rather it keeps me comfortable.  It wicks the sweat away from you and the material feels more comfortable than wearing a soggy t-shirt.  You know?  :-)
