How well does soya milk keep?

When dairy milk starts to go off it goes sour and curdles. What happens to the soya milk substitute does it last longer? For an experiment I plan to keep a small amount of both milks under the same conditions and see the result.

you could have it for about a week and a half and it will go bad!
