  1. the study showed that it works just as well as other average birth control methods however i ovulate on the 8th day of my cycle so the days that they advise as being "safe" to have unprotected s*x would actually cause me to get pregnant so i wouldn't count it as 100% for sure and would prefer going some other route. for 2 years i used spermicide and didn't get pregnant. (i am pregnant now but that was on purpose).

  2. LOL nope! It's very helpful if your TTC however even if you have very regual cycles if you happen to have a sudden hormone surge( and they do happen) it can cause you to ovulate earlier or later and boom egg meets sperm and baby is on the way. My husband was so determined that was the way to go until I ovulated about 9 days early. Worked out in the end since the due date based on my LMP was thanksgiving last year and my son was actually born on thanksgiving. My daughter was actually born a week into thanksgiving since she was concieved earlier then "average". Never trust nature to prevent a pregnancy. Women can ovulate at any point in the cycle even while on thier period. It's rare but it can happen.

  3. I tried that and then 2 kids later I decided that probably didnt work either does the pull out method for that matter lol Good luck

  4. An acupuncturist recommended fertility awareness to me but well yeah ill be having another  baby in September. You have to have an extremely regular cycle to figure out what two days not to have s*x. Not very practical in the heat of the moment.
