  1. I almost only drink filtered water, and I actually like it better than bottled water.

Also I haven't gotten sick from drinking filtered water yet.

  2. Water filters work very well, you are wise to get away from buying water, I feel it is an unnecessary expense.

  3. Pur water filters they attach right to the water nozzle and work amazing the waters taste is incredibly diffrent compared to the stuff you used to get right from the faucet itself..

  4. Considering most bottled water is just filtered tap water, I would say you won't be reducing quality. The only negative about filters is you must remember to change them on a regular basis. If used for too long they can build up bacteria, but you run the same risk if you never clean out your bottled water dispenser.

  5. I use a PUR nozzle attachment filter and it is just the best! Not only do you have fresh water to drink, but you can cook your veggies and spaghetti in fresh water too.

They advertise that the filter is like 99.9% effective and I believe it is. Sink water tastes like locker room sweat compared to what I get out of my PUR!

    Thanks for asking ;-))

  6. I have a Brita filter on one of my faucets and it works very well.  The water here in Phoenix has a somewhat unpleasant mineral aftertaste, but the filter removes it completely, leaving the water tasting just as clean as bottled water.  My parents have a Pur filter that works well too.
