How well should I clean this furniture?

Question

I am moving soon, and the buyer has chosen all of the furniture in our house to keep. He was in and saw the furnishings before he make a proposal. If one were to look closely at them you would see they are worn mostly from our cats sleeping on then.

I can vaccum like crazy to get the cat hair out. Takes forever! This has been the worst problem with my ultrasuede curtains. They are dry cleaning only, but I really just want the cat hair off of them from when they sun bath.

Oh and there are a few water marks on tables. Is there any way to get rid of them?

Any ideas? Is there a steam cleaner that allowes you to do multisurfac floors, furniture, and possible window treatemnts?

Ultra suede sucks! If you have stains on them,go to a furniture retailer, a higher end not the brick, ask for   Excelsior first aid for fabric and  microfiber

if not vacuum really well.

water marks no way except to refinish.

Don't worry about it  he bought it he can deal with it!

you probably can take a damp cloth and rake some of the hair off.  Also a lint brush might work.
