How well the customer is aware about investment and return?

You may not find a direct answer to your question by my following observations, but it has a lot to convey:

Majority of our investors (replacing your word customers) today are being taken for ride by our esteemed registered brokers and even Mutual Funds with the hope on the part of these investors that there would always be someone to blame in case of eventuality, no matter where there funds would go.

Very few investors are learning from their own mistakes and only a very very few are learning from others' mistakes. Rest are there to debate.

many of them work as sheep herd.. as mouth publicity is the factor ..

we Indians don't have time.. pehle gharwalli samhalo phir baharwalli samhalo phir time buch  jaayye to  busienss samhalo ....kiske passs itna time heh...
