How well would this engine run?

Question

Engine: 4 Cylinder 1.6 Liter, B18 B1 from an Acura Integra. It has 43k miles on it with t3t4 turbonetics.

Car: Honda Civic

Transmission: Manual

this is a show car, even so, could would i be able to use it as a car to drive as normal, what would the disadvantages be?

it will run well and fast. but it all depends on how hard you drive it. if you floor it everytime at the light probably will last a year of two. if your easy on it it will last a long time cause its a honda

It all depends on the build and the tune.  The life of a turbocharged B-series engine is not a lot.  You'd be lucky to get 30,000 miles out of it.  Especially with a larger turbo like you mentioned.
