  1. The Germans started both...as for avoiding them, eliminate the power mad Germans within the country. Hope this helps!!

  2. world war one is so old they fought on freakin horses.

  3. World war II was the direct result of the unfair war reparations forced on Germany by the allies after WWI. These combined with the humiliation of losing the first world war, excessive, global nationalism and the worldwide depression created the conditions for a strong leader like Hitler, and Mussolini to gain control in Germany and Italy. They were dictators who wanted glory and additional territory. This led to their invading other countries and Britain and France to finally declare war on these two aggressors.

  4. the Germans kept messing with us

  5. Well if germany hadn't lost world war 1 hitler wouldn't have came to power.

  6. WWI caused a depression in a lot of the countries involved, Germany got hit just as bad (if not worse).  Hitler rose to power during this depression and used it to his advantage.  He blamed the Jews for taking advantage of everyone else (his opinion/propaganda, not mine), and blamed the depression on them.

  7. Huge question for this type of forum. Why not do some reading of your own!?

  8. Everyone was still mad at Germany after WWI, and Germany was mad at everyone else. Things were a little tense. :)

  9. Germany was how here related. It could have been avoided with better relations with other country's
