How & what I can make "Giant Ant Eater" out of?

It is for my son in 2nd grade. He chose giant ant eater for his project. What can I do to make it? I have bunches of brown bags, plastic bags, dowels (paper towel & toliet paper dowels), glue....

either clay or paper mache'

You could also use buttons or something like that for the eyes. If you don't have any laying around use them off an old shirt you don't wear anymore. Sounds like you have some great items so far to work with.  Good luck & have fun with it. Having fun trying to create something with your child will be memories he'll remember.
