  1. hamster in wheel/willpower

  2. Use a normal car battery, mabey buy a used one,

  3. you will need a power and a ground wire, also a remote wire to tell the amp to turn on (and RCAs to send the audio signal from the radio to the speakers)

when you pick your power/ground wires make sure that they are thick enough, here is a chart to help http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/S-AMNf... always go one size larger in case you want to upgrade at a later date

the ground wire goes from the amp to a ground point in your car- any metal that is directly connected to the cars chassis and is thick enough

the power wire goes from the battery (with in in-line fuse to protect your system within 12inches of the battery) through the car to the amp

and the RCAs and remote wire from the radio to the amp

  4. It depends how much watts does your amp is. . . If its anything like 1500 watts or bellow, go ahead and power it from your car battery, the alternator should take care of that no problem. . . So just run the power cable from the car battery to the trunk (through inside the car) and you can ground it from any metal close to the amp. . .  (or just take it to an audio store and they can install it for you and save you all that hustle)

  5. the only thing that supplies your amp with power is your battery and alternator.
