Well in Over The Edge 1999 he was doing his entrance. I believe he was called the "Blue Blazer". During his entrance he had to jump from the zip line. He was tied up and everything. But the jump went wrong. And he broke his neck.

if your taking about owen hart he fell of the roof of a stadium when he was going 2 do an amazing entrance which was coming down a zip line he hit his head of the turnbuckle and had brain damage and a broken neck he didnt die stright away he did stop breathing when he hit the ring cuz JR said he was blue in the face and the EMTS where giving him CPR but he died i think half hour later
